IATF 16949 is a global Quality Management System Standard for the Automotive Industry incorporating ISO 9001 with additional automotive requirements. The quality management system provides for continual improvement, defect prevention and reduction of variation and waste in the supply chain.

LMI is one of the only quality companies in the world that has completed IATF Certification (Perry Johnson Certification #0368524) in June of 2020. LMI was recently audited and approved for re-certification through June of 2023.

ISO 9001:2015 specifies requirements for a quality management system when an organization needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products and services that enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

LMI has completed certification (Perry Johnson Certification # C2020-01858) in June of 2020. LMI was recently audited and approved for re-certification through June of 2023.

ISO 14001 encompasses environmental aspects and impacts associated with the LMI operations, and products resulting from sorting, inspection, packaging, warehousing, and assembly.

LMI has implemented and maintains an Environmental Management System that meets the requirements of ISO 14001: 2015.

Through an accredited audit process, LMI was certified that the management system fulfills the requirements of the standard until 2025.

A NAICS Code is a classification within the North American Industry Classification System. The NAICS Codes that best depicts our primary business activity include:
